• We source our deals through personal networks and relations with private equity firms, banks and investors.
• Our approach is characterized as ‘hands-on high-impact and ‘no-nonsense’, combined with a ‘restructuring’-like project approach.
• We offer solutions through personal involvement and commitment. Where necessary and appropriate, we deploy experts from our partner network.
• We only act based on facts and personal intuition and seek a high level of commitment of parties involved.
